- Inspect applicable electrical components, wiring, contactors and capacitors
- Check operating temperatures, motors and system performance
- Inspect accessible coils, blower and filter condition
- Routine condenser coil cleaning, when needed
- Routine condensate drain flushing, when needed
- Check thermostat and cooling operation
- Explain any recommended repairs before work begins
🔥 Heating-season visit
- Inspect heating-related electrical components and controls
- Check appropriate safety devices and system operation
- Inspect accessible heating components for the equipment type
- Review heating temperatures, airflow and blower operation
- Perform applicable furnace safety checks or heat-pump control checks
- Inspect and flush applicable drain lines when needed
- Review findings and recommended next steps
Services depend on your equipment type and accessibility. Heavy-duty coil cleaning, severe drain blockage removal, repairs and replacement parts are not included with routine maintenance.
